We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer to join one of our teams - Bluebeam.

YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES

• Implement and maintain performance testing strategies and frameworks to evaluate system scalability, responsiveness, and stability under varying loads.
• Design, execute, and monitor load and performance tests within CI/CD pipelines to ensure early detection of regressions and continuous performance validation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand performance goals, share findings, and contribute to performance-related standards.
• Analyze system performance test results to identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and inefficiencies, and escalate findings to engineering or DevOps teams.
• Create and maintain clear documentation, including performance test plans, metrics, benchmarks, and detailed performance analysis reports.
• Maintain proficiency in collaboration tools and proactively address issues impacting performance testing or delivery timelines.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• At least 4 years of experience as an Automation QA;
• Experience in load and performance testing using tools such as k6 and Apache JMeter;
• Programming proficiency for test scripting, data generation, and result processing (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Good Communication Skills;
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and investigation skills.;
• Able to be autonomous and self-driven or team-oriented as the needs arise;
• Excellent command of English Language – both written and spoken;
• Graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology or related.

CONSIDERED A PLUS

• Understanding of distributed systems architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred);
• Experience with performance monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, OpenSearch, or similar).
