Junior Accountant

Finance & Administration Team

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join one of our teams - Finance and Administration

Our Finance & Administration specialists are responsible for all the company's accounting, administrative and financial activities. First and foremost, the team's expertise includes financial management, particularly monitoring, evaluating, and processing all company incomes and expenses. They also handle all contracts and employee data and manage payroll, vacations, sick leaves, and business trip expenses. Finance & Administration is also crucial when preparing the documentation and applying for EU funding.

 

YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES

  • Books the initial accounting documents into the accounting software of the company;
  • Makes records and keeps the documents in line with the accounting policy of the company;
  • Accounts operating incomes and expenses according to Bulgarian legislation and International Accounting Standards;
  • Communicates with the company's employees, suppliers and partners to clear the current case and book the item properly;
  • Accounts bank transactions and slips;
  • Supports the other teams with payments to vendors and prepares and presents reports for them on demand;
  • Supports the team with  preparing different kinds of statements, reports and other financial announcements;
  • Keeps own knowledge, expertise and skills updated with the changes in Bulgarian legislation and the business needs of the company;
  • Takes part in team and company events, training and other activities

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • At least 3rd year in the University, preferably with a major in Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • An excellent command of English
