Senior Software Developer/Tech Lead

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer/Tech Lead to join our biggest team - DocuWare.
YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES
- Implement Object Oriented Principles in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Design, document and implement new .NET applications
- Use Web Services and REST interfaces to communicate with the SPA front-end
- Research, evaluate and promote to the R&D new libraries, frameworks and development standards
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions
- Design and implement solution components according to technology best practices
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clarify scope and assignment
- Help with the initial work breakdown structure and estimation
- Review the quality of all deliverables: code, tests, documentation
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages like C#, JavaScript and .NET
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based solutions, preferably in Microsoft Azure
- Experience in Agile work environment (SCRUM)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Good team player
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
