BIM Sales Expert

For our Sales Department, we are looking for an experienced BIM Sales Expert to increase our market share in the field of AEC (architecture, engineering and construction).

The role covers the whole sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation through to product demonstration and deal closure.

We are looking for a person with an in-depth understanding of BIM technology and industry, able to discover business opportunities, build sales strategies, be creative in achieving targets and keep focus on long-term results rather than on quick wins.

You will be primarily selling Vectorworks – a design software that delivers a flexible and collaborative design process to architecture, landscaping and entertainment professionals, and Bluebeam Revu – a best-in-class PDF markup and collaboration tool used by architects, engineers and contractors throughout the lifecycle of a building project.

 

YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES

  • Take ownership and bring new business: targeting top prospects, identifying prospects’ needs, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals
  • Maintain relationship and increase business with current customers
  • Proactive, consultative interactions with customers to qualify accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Attend and/or speak at conferences, trade shows, webinars and other events for networking or brand awareness
  • Work with the rest of the Sales team to share ideas and new business development strategies

 

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the construction, architecture and engineering field is highly desirable
  • In-depth understanding of the BIM and AEC industries
  • True ability to listen, negotiate and present to a variety of customer demographics
  • Strong network ties and relationships with AEC professionals preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, or a related field
  • Fluent in English
