Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join one of our teams - Marketing, Communication, Experience.
YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES:
- Support the creation and management of marketing campaigns across various channels;
- Plan, prepare and execute digital marketing campaigns on major networks - Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube;
- Track and analyze the performance of our marketing channels;
- Participate in the analysis and reporting of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
- Assist with social media marketing activities based on the strategy and content calendar;
- Take part in nurturing email marketing campaigns;
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our company and projects;
- Assist with the management of our websites and other digital marketing channels;
- Identify and create new marketing audiences for our employer branding and product marketing efforts;
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and contributing to their integration into our active plans;
- Contribute to video marketing efforts.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
- A degree in Digital Marketing, PR or related field;
- Understanding and hands-on experience with Google Ads and social networks;
- Be passionate about communication with different people;
- Be curious and willing to stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and implement them into our strategy;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
CONSIDERED A PLUS:
- Successfully completed Digital Marketing, Social Media Management courses;
- Experience with Google Analytics.
