Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a SM Specialist to join our Marketing, Communications and Experience team responsible for both Employer Branding and Product Marketing of the company.

YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES:

  • Manage non-paid social media activities: develop and execute engaging channels strategy, posting plans and content distribution;
  • Write in appealing and engaging way employer branding and products' content;
  • Increase audience engagement for all of our brands. Manage the growth of organic lead generation;
  • Supervise lead nurturing process and follow our lead nurturing strategies;
  • Work closely with our content creators, designers and paid advertising specialist to ensure the best exposure of our brands through all channels;
  • Provide marketing consultancy to sales team and product owners;
  • Follow social media trends and stay up to date with new social media and digital marketing tools and practice;
  • Contribute to video marketing efforts.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bulgarian and English;
  • Creative mindset and good writing skills to create brand campaigns, engaging posts and emails;
  • Extensive digital marketing and social media experience; 
  • Social media metrics and data analysis experience;
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of SM platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and most common online marketing tools;
  • Ability to work with Google Analytics;
  • Experience working with Mailchimp or other emailing platform.
