We are looking for a Team Lead of Development Team to join one of our biggest teams - DocuWare.

DocuWare is a technology leader in Enterprise Content Management. The product helps organizations streamline document management and approval processes and make the next step to their Digital transformation. It is well-known and represented in over 90 countries around the globe with approximately 14,000 installations and more than 500,000 users, available both as a cloud and on-premises solution.
 

YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES

• Technically lead a team of highly skilled professionals

• Design and implement solution components according to technology best practices

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to clarify scope and assignment

• Help with the initial work breakdown structure and estimation

• Give training and mentorship to team members to make them better on the job

• Proactively identify potential improvements, lead their implementation

• Ensure the quality of all deliverables: code, tests, documentation

• Prepare and present progress reports
 

OUR EXPECTATIONS

• Proficient in leading, managing and organizing a software development team (previous experience as Team Leader)

• Confident in prioritizing the team's tasks and distributing them to team members

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

• Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Extensive experience as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role

• Highly skilled in Agile work environment (SCRUM)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Fluency in English
 

CONSIDERED AS A PLUS

• Excellent knowledge of programming languages like C#, JavaScript, Java or other
