Recruitment and Employer branding specialist

Marketing, Communications & Experience Team

We are looking for a Recruitment and Employer Branding Specialist to join the Marketing, communications and engagement team.

YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES

  • End-to-end recruitment for а variety of IT roles from entry to senior level positions. (starting with the need for new talent, attracting and sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing, negotiation & offering).
  • Ensure a great candidate experience by providing a smooth hiring process.
  • Collaborate actively with hiring managers to determine the hiring needs and role specifics. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices for attracting people. 
  • LinkedIn analysis and strategy.
  • Maintain all recruitment channels and job board profiles.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, technical conferences, and other employer branding events.
  • Grow and sustain our partnerships with key external partners including universities, student organizations, IT communities in order too increase the company's visibility and attract key talents.
  • Analyze data to support a data-driven decision-making process.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment and/or Employer branding.
  • Event planning experience would be considered as a plus.
  • Passionate about communication with different people.
  • Ability and willingness to drive projects autonomously.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-drive in problem resolution, as well as self-management attitude in dealing with everyday tasks.
  • Final-year students or post-graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Business Management,etc.
  • Fluent in English
