YOUR DAILY CHALLENGES

  • Assist with management of the full life cycle recruiting process (starting with the need for new talent, attracting and sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing, offering and ending with onboarding).
  • Ensure a great candidate experience by providing a smooth hiring process.
  • Work on a variety of IT roles from entry to senior level positions.
  • Maintain good partnership with our team leads to understand hiring needs and to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies.
  • Advise and influence managers on hiring and best practice to empower them to make better hiring decisions.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge about our projects, teams, and the technologies they use.
  • Assist in recruitment or other related projects, share your ideas and bring them to life.
  • Daily communication with other colleagues, teams, external recruitment agencies, etc.

 

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment.
  • Knowledge of the software industry with a strong ability to assess candidates' fit within the industry.
  • Experience with LinkedIn.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with talents, team leaders and other company members.
  • Communicating freely with people of any kind, regardless of their position/rank.
  • Big picture thinking, team player and change driver who makes things happen.
  • Take ownership over projects and tasks, set priorities for time frames.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or other relevant field (final year students welcome!).
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
